Kaleidoscope Garden Rainbows Featuring Spellbinders

Updated: Jan 18

Hi crafty friends!

Today I am popping in with a rainbow card featuring the NEW Spellbinders Kaleidoscope Garden BetterPress plate. The design is fun and makes for a perfect background or standalone design. I pressed this plate using watercolor paper and Hero Arts Intens-ified Black Ink. I vigorously inked the plate and pressed.

A card created by Natasha using the Kaleidoscope Garden press plate from Spellbinders.

Once that was complete, I used Hero Arts Reactive Ink colors to create a rainbow. The colors include: Taffy, Fruit Punch, Lemon Drop, Key Lime Fizz, Pool Party, and Berry Smoothie. Using a broad watercolor brush, I swiped water across the panel to further blend the colors. I used my heat tool to dry the panel and then grabbed a white gel pen to fill the circles and hearts. To add interest, I die cut the panel using two largest Essential Arches, which I later popped up. Finishing touches included adding some DMC thread and a sentiment from the Butterfly Garden Press Plate.

Happy crafting,

Natasha P.
