Hero Arts January 2024 Release Blog Hop

Hi crafty friends! Thank you for joining me for the Hero Arts January 2024 release.

To contrast the colors of my countdown card, I chose to create a more masculine card using the Premium January MMH kit. I used Granite cardstock + Rounded Rectangle Dies as my base for inking the layering stencils. I stacked and offset the sentiments, stamping the "xoxo" twice in summer sky. Finishing touches included using gold flakes on the foliage die cut and using the sparkle pen to highlight some of the ink blended areas.

This shaker card is sure to add a smile to someone's face. I die cut the DF188 Love You So Much Cover Plate (F) from black glitter cardstock and backed it with Hero Arts Acetate. I heat embossed the CG933 Ode to Andy Warhol Script Bold Prints with gold embossing powder and watermark ink. I then ink blended Peony Core ink and added icicle sequins mix to create a shaker. I finished this up by added the lightest pink tone of Pink Hues Enamel dots to the front.
