Just For You

Hi everyone! I am joining you today to share a floral card that is perfect for Spring crafting and features Cardstock Warehouse cardstocks. You can also find this tutorial over on the Cardstock Warehouse blog.

To begin, die cut all of the dies in the Whimsy Blooms Bouquet set from the colored cardstock as pictured above.

I then ink all of the die cuts. Twisted Citron is used on the leaves. Picked Raspberry and Mustard Seed are blended on the flower petals. I start with the similar color of the cardstock first and then blend the other petal color lightly. The stems have a touch of Milled Lavender added.

I then assemble the flower stems. I do not use all of the petal layers. I omit the smallest layer on all of the flowers.

I tdie cut the cover plate design and the sentiment from Bright White and Bubblegum. I then assemble the sentiment with wet adhesive.

Using foam adhesive, I assemble the card. First I add the cover plate onto an A2 white panel. I then arrange the floral stems and add on the flowers. I try to ensure that they stems form a bunch so I can then pop up my bow. Finally, I add the sentiment. Now my card is complete.

I hope you have enjoyed joining me today.

Happy Crafting!

Natasha
