STORE POLICY

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing on all orders ready to ship products. Custom orders require an additional processing time.

Due to Postage restrictions, we currently only ship within the US.

 

Please be aware that once a package is out of our hands, we are no longer responsible for it.

Once tracking numbers are updated, your package is shipped or picked up by USPS within 24 hours or on the next business day. COVID has presented our postal service with many delays, so please be patient. If you have chosen to ship with added insurance, please contact USPS to file your claim.

If you would like your package rushed (processed and packaged within 24 hours), you must select the "Rush My Order" shipping option, which includes Priority Shipping via USPS.
