Simple Cards Shared Featuring Teresa Collins Collections
I hosted a giveaway for stamp sets by Teresa Collins. I though the winners would enjoy a little inspiration for those stamps, so I used my personal set and the papers for each collection to send them a card.
I created the Rush of Magic card using simple rectangles + a scalloped rectangle from the Silhouette studio. My base layer is a satin mirror card by Tonic in Scarlet. I stitched each layer with metallic thread and popped each one up using foam tape. The background for the center of the card was splashed with gold ink. I stamped the castle and "Magic" phrase with black versafine ink. I added stickles to the castle and popped that up. I used a heart chipboard piece and thread as the background for the "Magic" sentiment. The center of the card is finished off with some washi and a small bit of embellishing.
For the Tropical Bliss card, I fussy cut images from the paper to create my own background and centerpiece. I added gold ink splatter to this as well. For the flower, I did my best to add movement and added stickles to the edges. I stamped the "Aloha" sentiment, colored and then popped that up. I further embellished the front with gem stickers and nuvo drops. The inside is also finished off with a bit of embellishing.
